Barely hanging on over here...😏😎 Flight home got cancelled and got “stuck” on the island for another couple days. #weareokay

🥇🥈🥉 Racing at home is something special! 🤩😊 Thank you to my teammates, coaches, @cyclingcanadaofficial staff, and to everyone who watched, cheered, and supported! 🙌❤️ None of these moments or medals are possible without you all. Until next year Milton!🏠🇨🇦

Family ❤️

Still has to be one of my favourite memories…about time to make some more! 😎🙌 . . T-3 days until the Milton Nation’s Cup! 🇨🇦 Gotta love the home-track advantage, but the best part has to be looking up and seeing so many familiar face. Can’t wait!! 😆🤗 #gofasthavefun . All evening sessions streamed live on @cbc.sports starting Thursday! 🎥🇨🇦

Proud NAIT Alumni over here! 😆🎓 . Feeling pretty special to be receiving an Honorary Degree from @nait ! Can’t believe we are finally suiting up to do a World Cup/Nation Cup again. It’s only been 815 days since our last one…but who’s counting 😏🇨🇦 . . Getting this show on the road tomorrow, starting with team sprint here in Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 !

The “Pain Cave” isn’t as painful when @nikjoans is joining in! 😃🙌 Also pumped the new helmets arrived just in time for our winter road block! 🌨🚴‍♀️ #safetyfirst

It’s a humbling experience to go from fully peaked and race shape…to post Christmas break and spoke wheels. 😬😅 Gotta love that grind though. . . 📷 @nickwammes (thanks for at least making it look like I was going fast here 🚴‍♀️💨 )

quality draft. 🚌👌

My face…hearing the latest Edmonton news: “City council approved funding for a new velodrome as part of the Coronation Recreation Centre”. 😆😆😆 . Can’t make this stuff up! So happy to hear a new indoor velodrome will be built in my home-town. Soo…for everyone who has told me they wanted to race or that they’d “easily” beat me in a race 😏…it’s your time to shine. Mark your calendars! See y’all on the boards in a few years 😉😎🙌

Cheers to the glamorous basement gym! You weren’t fancy, but you were great. 😌👏🏋️‍♀️ Back at the @mattamyvelo tomorrow. It’s been far too long. #imissedyou

2021 - a year I will always remember. 🇨🇦🏆 . . “It is truly an honour to be the recipient of BOTH the Female Canadian Cyclist of the Year and the Best Individual Performance," said Mitchell. "It has been quite the year for me and I really appreciate being recognized for these awards. The gold medal win in Tokyo was a dream come true and I know the Canadian Cyclist award is for an "Individual Performance" but I wasn't alone out there; It was definitely a "Team Performance"! So, thank you to the team behind me, the Canadian cycling community, and every other Canadian that supported me on my journey to that top step. We did it! A gold medal, and a couple bronze medals (World Championships and UCI Champions League); 2021 was a great year, and I am hungry for more. Hope to keep this momentum going into 2022!" - @canadiancyclist 🙌☺️
